Stellar at Palm Aire Gets New Owner, Aims to Help with Housing Crisis

Pulso Capital, a Fort Lauderdale investment group, recently bought Stellar at Palm Aire in Pompano Beach. The firm paid $21.5 million for the property, according to the South Florida Business Journal.

The complex located at 4091 Seina Circle, 4081–4099 Sunset Way, 700–706 Stellar Court, and 4082–4098 Highland Oaks Drive contains rental townhomes within the Palm Aire County Club.

The firm paid about $551,000 per townhome.

Stellar at Palm Aire features two-bedroom-, three-bedroom- and four-bedroom units ranging from $3,550 to $4,350 a month.
